EVERY ONE'S JOURNEY IS
UNIQUE

We have Support Coordinators that are deadly! SC's are your go-to for finding and booking the right supports for your personal journey.
Plus, they take care of all the paper work needed for lodging reviews, writing up progress reports, and recommending rosters of care to the NDIS. You can relax knowing everything’s in good hands and you will most likely get better funding!
We are all about helping mob get out and about enjoying their communities. Having supports can make it easier to join in social and recreational activities, so everyone has a chance to have fun, connect with others and try new hobbies.
Whether it's getting involved in a local group for a yarn or going to a queer festival, these supports are here to help folks relationships and make the most of life outside their home.
Home & Living supports are all about trying to make your everyday life easier and to help you feel more independent with tasks and comfortably thriving in your own space.
We’re here to lend a hand with daily tasks like managing bills, keeping your place clean, helping you sift through laundry that can pile up and whipping up tasty meals, so you can focus on your personal goals and learn new skills.
The heartbreaking reality is that First Nations and Queer folk’s individual needs are often bundled in under the banner of disability support, misunderstood, overlooked or just slip through the cracks. We hope to change this!
HOW CAN WE SUPPORT "YOU"!?
OUR VISION
Everyone involved with Shadow Support Services are either First Nations, LGBTQAI+, Neurodivergent, Living with Disability or all of the above.
Through our personal journey's we understand that disability support intersects with our cultural and gender identities.
We recognise that we all face unique challenges that require personalised, culture-informed care.
All of our Support Workers are fully qualified or have extensive life experience.
Our aim is to provide NDIS Supports that cater to these intersections and provide holistic care to the individual.
